I don’t understand why people are returning this product. It’s easy to install, works as it should and is a lot cheaper than hiring an electrician. It hides your wires behind the wall so you don’t have to see them.This is the second one I’ve installed and I would not hesitate to buy another one if the need arises.

Great way to hide wires up the wall for a TV that’s mounted if you didn’t get the wall pre wired! Don’t forget to buy the pigtail for it if you need more than 1 plug. I wish they would have included it in the kit.

I bought three of these so far. They've were relatively easy to install. The drill bit wasn't so great. You would have to put some muscle behind it to get it to go through the sheet rock (using a cordless 20v power tool). Other than that, I wish the bottom cable came in varied lenghts. Nevertheless, my project came out nice and clean.

Rear plug that runs behind the wall is bulky, snagged on insulation during install.

I’m a carpenter by trade so I’m usually very handy but when it comes to electrical work I stay away from it. This gave me the opportunity to install a floating plug for my tv without having to do anything electrical. Now I don’t have to see anymore dangling wires I have a really simple and clean look. Genuinely easy to install, only thing I would say is you’ll need a magnetic wire puller on an exterior wall due to insulation. Which that has nothing to do with the actual product it self. I love this product and wish I found it sooner! Nothing I hated more than seeing dangling wires!
