I absolutely love this vinaigrette for summer salads; it of course compliments leafy greens with strawberries but I've also tossed in blueberries, mango, and raspberries and it tastes excellent with all these too. It doesn't have the "bite" of a traditional vinegar (not sure why) so there is no need to cook it down as you might with a balsamic. One thing to be aware of is the sweetness does come with a cost...it has more calories and sugar than you would see in a traditional vinegar but IMO its negligible. Excellent!

Wonderful raspberry flavor and tastes great mixed with olive oil for a n excellent salad dressing. I purchased several of these flavored vinegars and they are all excellent. I definitely recommend especially if you like a sweet flavor!! Thank you for a wonderful product!!

For the money, this is a very good balsamic vinegar. Would like a little less vinegar flavoring. Product arrived on time and very well package.

I bought the raspberry balsamic vinegar to make a dressing for salad. I think I could have used the vinegar alone but added honey. It was the perfect compliment to the berries in the salad. I will be reordering this product continually over the summer.

I originally tried the Saratoga Strawberry balsamic vinegar but at almost half the price I decided to try this one. There is no comparison. I preferred the Saratoga brand. I can’t speak for other flavors but in the strawberry the Saratoga is superior.

This is just what I needed to spark up my beets marinated in passion fruit syrup.

Do not bother. Very disappointed. Like flavored water. Wish I had not bought it.
