Easy to use
Used to begin with for checking temperature of chicken thighs on a barbecue, easy to use and clear display.Just remember not to be silly like me and lose the cover outside on first use of the probe. Doh!!!Used multiple times since and has been very useful.

Seems to work. I have not been poisoned by under cooked chicken yet. I recommend you get one today. Those chickens are dodgy as hell!

Easy to use
A really good thermometer which has made cooking a roast joint much easier. The display is accurate and easy to read.

This pen probe came free with another set of oven safe probs and honestly doesnt do it justice.
Fantastic little pen at the price at the time (even though i got it as a deal). Accurate temperature reading, takes about 3-5 seconds to get a reading. Lightweight and also convenient. Only gripe is the probes Light up screen display is invisible if the probe is tilted other than the desired direction and could be hard for some to read.

Good little thermometer for home brewing
Easy to use and seems accurate compared to a thermocouple I have and an old jam thermometer! Small and easily stored. I used it to measure the mashing and sparging temperatures during my first shot at brewing beer from grain rather all malt extract.Not used for any other culinary purpose as yet but I will be trying it.Overall, an inexpensive but well made item that reports accurate temperatures.
