Gives a nice taste to plain water while giving you better hydration. Worth buying.

Great selection of flavours!
Really tasty electrolytes.Used during sleepless nights with new baby to try and rehydrate during breastfeeding - worked a treat.Wasn’t a flavour in the pack that wasn’t enjoyable and dissolved very easily in water leaving no lumps.

Great variety pack - missing a flavour
I enjoyed these. I found they mixed fine with my water. I do feel I’ve felt the benefits of this as my skin is a let drier (I ordered them as I was struggling to drink enough water).The mixed flavours are great if you’re someone who likes variety.My only con is I got sent a children’s one in place of the coconut flavour shown on the image so was not provided exactly what was shown.

Super sweet but helped with hydration
Product arrived and selection of flavours as expected. Helped with hydration. However, each flavour is super sweet and I was not a fan of any of the flavours unfortunately. If you’d like a sweet drink alternative this would be it!

Unpleasant waste of money.
Contents of the package didn't match the description picture. I received 7 adult and 1 child sachet. The first one I tried was coconut. I know taste is subjective, but I found this horrible. To me it was like drinking artificially sweetened water, it was hard to detect any coconut. The next one I had was guava. This one reminded me of very cheap perfume and not pleasant at all. Previously I've been drinking another top brand sold by Amazon which starts with a word like Quick, I won't put the actual name in case that's against review rules.

Ver hydrating and refreshing the flavous are a very good choice and a good smell and it dilutes fast its a perfect size to put in you pocket and my son went on dofe and says its very effective at keeping him hydrated and a kept hima at a good energy level

Great, portable hydration packs
I do like these vidrate. They are handy little shots to carry with you when put and about. I don't sign up to vidrate subscription due to not being too much of a fan of the sweeteners they use in them but they are handy as a back up or in times I'm needing rehydration boost.Can be mixed into pint glass or stretched to make a light refreshing flavoured water in a larger volume bottle
