HD15 is a fantastic deal!
Wurkkos is putting out lights that are an incredible value and the HD15 is no exception.I bought this with the hope that the floodlight would be an improvement over my very old Zebralight headlamp. I love the Zebralight, but it's more of a spotlight than floodlight and find the hotspot distracting when working up close on a task. The HD15 floodlight performed beautifully for this use case. The light is diffused evenly and the 4 output levels provide enough light for every scenario I've thrown at it thus far.A high cri floodlight would have made the purchase worth it for me, but you get much more. Here are my favorite features:-Great build quality. It's very well built and sturdy. Nice quality aluminum and the anodizing looks great.-A spotlight that can be used alone or in conjunction with the floodlight. Having 2 emitters with specific functions allows each to do what they do best without compromising.-Magnetic tail cap. I find this very useful on a worklight and wish my Zebralight had one.-Built in charging. Great option when I'm away from home and also allows me to gift this to non technical friends and family without worrying about them using an external charger.-Interface: it's simple and easy to grasp. This is another important consideration if I want to gift a light to someone. I wouldn't gift a light with Andruil 2.0 to a non technical person but have no concerns about this interface.-Power Bank /reverse charging feature. Another big win.-Inexpensive: if I break it while working, it won't hurt much to replace it. I value this in a tool as I'm hard on things.-Included 18350 Battery tube. This configuration makes the HD15 much more pocketable. Really love this option and opens up EDC possibility for me.-Included headband: fits well and keeps the light secure. There are always going to be a few compromises with any design, and there are a few tradeoffs of note.-The HD15 is large and heavy for a headlamp. It's got great build quality with thick aluminum, 2 emitters and circuitry to charge and reverse charge. Large and heavy is understandable given the design. What impresses me is you can mitigate some of the weight and size by using an 18350 battery. Super option to EDC it.-The headband holds the flashlight so tight that it makes it difficult to rotate when you want to change the angle of the light. Occasionally, the force required to rotate it will loosen the battery tube from the head. Perhaps it will loosen up with time and will break in. A Minor concern.-The pocket clip is not very strong considering the size and weight of the light. I'm not using it so this issue doesn't bother me. I'm more apt to use the magnetic tail cap or headband. For me, the positives outweigh the negatives by a long shot and this light is an incredible value considering it's less than half the price of my Zebralight. Here's the Icing on the cake and why I'll be a repeat customer: Wurkkos customer service. They are incredibly responsive and know how to put the customer first. It's clear to me from my experience that they truly care about their product and customer satisfaction.Building a brand on interesting designs at a reasonable price and backing them up with A grade customer service is a winning combination. This is a great light at a great price backed by superb customer service. 5 stars!

Super bright
This is a bright light. The pictures of the room are only lit with the flashlight it lights up the whole room. I like the option to wear it as a headlamp or to hold it as flashlight. It came charged. The sticker needs to be removed or it won't work. It fits comfortable as a headlamp.

It's a good headlamp, but the Sofirn D25LR is better
It's a great headlamp if you need something with a magnetic tail. If you plan to only use it only as a headlamp, I suggest getting the Sofirn D25LR headlamp instead. It will say 77 Outdoors, which is the same thing as Sofirn. It's a much more comfortable on your head and the light is centered, making it feel better balanced. It's also cheaper. I had lost my first D25LR, so I ordered one of these to replace it, but it just wasn't as nice. I ended up returning this one, and getting another D25LR. This would be great for someone working on cars because of the magnetic tail cap, but you'd have to remove it from the head strap to stick it onto something metal.

Died shortly after I received it.
This was great while it worked for the first day or two. It abruptly died and wouldn't turn back on no matter what I did. I tried to charge the battery, tried another 18650 battery, tried to tighten or loosen the cap just in case there was a "sweet spot", and nothing worked. I had to end up returning it.
