I bought the Bepanthol Derma Skin Moisturizer expecting it to be a wound healing cream, like the Bepanthen ointments I’ve used in Germany. After using it and translating the label, I realized this one is actually a moisturizer for hands and face — not a medical wound cream. That said, I’m still really impressed with how well it works, especially for sensitive, allergy-prone skin like mine.✅ Why It Works for Me:I have chemical sensitivity, and my hands get very dry, itchy, and irritated if I use the wrong soap or cleaning products. This cream has been incredibly soothing — no stinging, no reaction, just calm, moisturized skin.No silicone or harsh ingredients – It’s 100% silicone-free, which is hard to find in a good moisturizer. The texture is light, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy feeling.Healing support without the heaviness – While it’s not a wound cream, it does contain dexpanthenol (pro-vitamin B5), which is known for helping the skin repair and retain moisture.High-quality and authentic – This is the original product imported from Turkey, made by the same pharmaceutical brand. I grew up using this brand in Germany. Same quality, same very mild smell just different texture as a daily-use cream.Best price I found online for the 30g tube– Likely more affordable because it’s made in Turkey, where production costs are lower — but it’s still genuine and effective. But I think it’s still expensive because it’s not a big amount. You can save money if you get the 100g instead.🧴How I Use It:I use it when my skin feels tight, itchy, or dry — especially after washing my hands too much or using harsh soap. It’s great on hands, elbows, around the nose, or anywhere that needs gentle moisture.This is not the heavy-duty wound ointment some people might be expecting — it’s a lightweight, daily moisturizer. Still great, just a different purpose.The 30g tube is small, perfect for travel or a purse, but it runs out fast if you use it often.

I was pleased to find this product on Amazon, affordable, arrived quickly, very moisturizing. I'm using it as a post procedure product, better than everyday facial lotion.

When I first saw the consistency, I was prepared to be disappointed. It is almost watery-thin. However, the driest skin on my heels and elbows just drank this up. It soaks in amazingly well and, while I won't use it as a stand-a-lone moisturizer in those areas, it's the BEST as a base moisturizer. Just like my regular moisturizer works better on damp skin, this does the dampening, if that makes sense.Picture applying baby oil to a dry patch of skin & seeing the ash clear up right away. That's what this is like - but without being oily/greasy in any way. I use this on my feet and elbows (I have psoriasis-dry skin), then apply a sealing product (petro-jelly) over it. And I have VERY dry patches of skin because of the psoriasis.My heavier, thicker moisturizers just don't soak into the really dry skin the way this does. I don't even have to massage this in on the driest parts (my heels especially); I just put it on and let it work. Picture applying baby oil to a dry patch of skin & seeing the ash clear up right away. That's what this is like - but without being oily/greasy in any way.PROS+ It was sealed well & had to be punctured with the cap to be opened. Lot # and expiration date is on both box and tube.+ Great on super-dry patches (eczema or psoriasis areas, heels, elbows, etc.) because it soaks in+ Good to use as a base before applying a barrier cream or sealing moisturizer+ Immediately moisturized my driest patches of skin.+ It SEEMS to be making the dry areas on my heels better (used in conjunction with a barrier/sealing cream). Time will tell on this one.CONS:- It's kind of pricey for the amount overall (even though it doesn't take a lot to treat and area of skin)- It didn't do much for my face (which didn't really need it)- It does work best if sealed with something heavierI did order another larger size of this because it is working so well on problem areas.

I love this cream! If you're looking for a lightweight and affordable option for summer, this is your go-to. I also like using it after applying tretinoin at night — it helps prevent the dryness and irritation that usually comes with it. Super soothing and gentle!

Excellent product Very good for healing wounds, burns and skin irritations

This cream really helps me whenever I have sunburns on my face, or when my skin feels dry, flaky, or irritated. It soothes and heals the skin quickly and makes it feel soft and comfortable again. It is not oily like an ointment, absorbs in seconds. I just feel like the container is too small

I started using it two weeks ago, and it has helped my dry skin become soft. It's perfect for nightly use before applying Trenton to prevent my skin from drying out.

Love it , works amazing . And 10 times cheaper than at the actual store .
