This was my first time trying creatine, and I’m really glad I chose this one. I was a bit hesitant at first, but it mixed well (even though it's raw and unflavored) and had no weird aftertaste. I’ve been using it consistently and already feel a difference in my workouts – more strength, better recovery, and just overall solid performance. Definitely a great introduction to creatine for anyone who's new to it like I was!

Great value for the price! Very clean and absorbs well. No chalky taste or smell. Strictly at to water and enjoy. I usually mix it daily into my protein in the morning! Definitely works like any creatine supplements. I just feel the RAW folks take time and energy into the products they make!

This is the first that I’ve used creatine, but I decided to give it a try based upon the recommendations of Dr. Mary Claire Haver and Dr. Stacy Sims. I haven’t had any side effects so far and my body seems to be using it effectively . I think the cost is good for the size and I haven’t noticed any weird taste or stomach upset.

Easily the cheapest and best creatine on the market. Good amount of servings compared to other mainstream supplements. Has no taste and if you know anything about creatine you don’t need it flavored. Stay hydrated while using it.

Great product just wish it was a bit cheaper

Pretty tasteless, though i do notice a slightly off taste depending on what you dissolve this in - oatmeal, chili, pb2, can’t tell it’s there - straight water or club soda, you can tell a little bit (at least i can). Dissolves well, very fine powder. Doesn’t cause acne breakouts like some other brands i tried many years ago, though that might just be because of age and being less acne prone in general. Might try another brand just to compare.Does seem to plump up any musculature i have, not to extremes but enough for a noticeable difference (again, to me anyway). As for the supposed mental benefits, haven’t noticed any difference.

Best creatine on the market
