I took one dose of Cash cow (and sunflower lecithin) because I was pumping out literal drops- after nursing my daughter- and concerned my supply was tanking. This was ONE dose, and ONE pump session -IMMEDIATELY AFTER nursing my daughter, 12 hours after my first dose. 6 Oz! Very effective! Will not take this every day, but more “on demand” when I notice my supply is dropping. Pills are capsules. Found them easy to swallow. And did not notice an unbearable tastes.

I don't do a lot of reviews but this product is worth mentioning. My supply was not horrible but it needed a boost and this supplement worked almost instantly. It's only day two, and my milk production has already increased. It's definitely worth trying if you are struggling with your supply!UPDATED REVIEW:While this worked very well for me very quickly, it seems to be affecting my baby in a bad way with increased gassiness and even a loss of appetite because of being uncomfortable with her tummy. I plan to cut back the amount I take and see if that works for us.

It works!!! Atleast for me..I have always had a descent to good amount of milk..but recently had to be on antibiotics which messed me up so badly that I was only able to get about 5 to 6oz a day ..when I had about 20oz .. I was soo stressed and decided to try these out..I am soo glad I did. It took around 2 to 3 days for me to see a different..a big one too.. I do drink a lot of water and coconut water with Body Armor..and I also started power pumping- just replaced 1 pumping session with it.. A week later...I am back!!!

I want to say these have been helping me as I haven't noticed a drop in my supply, but I also haven't seen a significant increase. I usually take 2 a day once a day because in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey it was a bit much as I paired it with brewers yeast and lactation cookies with pain, but not really a milk increase. My baby doesn't have any adverse reactions to this one, but she did to the pump princess ones.

I was skeptical of getting these at first because of some of the one star reviews, but my lactation consultant recommended these to me and I’m so glad she did. My baby has a severe lip tie which is not able to get a deep latch, which my supply was down. After one day of taking these I’ve been able to mostly breastfeed her

Every woman is different however these have been amazing for my breast feeding journey this round.

Hi everyone I am 8 months postpartum and struggling with milk supply. I have try different products but nothing seems working! Finally I heard about this product and give it a try. I read most people saw results in their milk production within 2 days of taking, what a miracle! This is my 4 day and still not seeing results… what am I doing wrong? Besides I pump I do breastfeed my son.I will update my review as soon as I see results and how long it took.

I noticed an increase in my milk supply as early as the following day of taking these capsules.
