Perfect for making mushy peas.Get yourself a muslin brewing bag to tie them up in to prevent the skins coming off whilst they are being boiled.

These are the only mushy peas to eat.
These are the traditional 'mushy' peas. Ok so you do need to soak overnight so be prepared, but they are so much better than the tinned sort.

These are loose in the box which is poorly made as arrived with gapes at both openings and peas all in the larger delivery box they came in! Peas (the ones that were still in their box) tasted fine though.
