After many years, I finally wore out my old H7R LedLenser headlight and ordered this H5R as a replacement. This light has some nicer features than my old light and is brighter and whiter. I have been buying LedLenser lights for many years and just won't buy any other flashlights. They are well-made and very bright.

This headlamp is really nice. I’ve had some cheapies that run on button batteries, but they were toys next to this. It’s rechargeable, the lamp swivels up and down, the focus can be broad or narrow, and the brightness is also adjustable. I’ve so often found myself holding my EDC pocket flashlight in my teeth so I have two hands free to do some little job. No more of that; this will come in handy, and already has a few times. Not cheap, but worth it if you need it.

I already have one the same model I purchased something like 2 years ago, the reason I purchased it that I was looking for the bright lamp with a Cold light temperature since things are more noticeable to work with as I use it for fine electrical soldering…. I was very happy with my previous buy, so I decided go and buy another one to minimize charging time between jobs. I got it now and was badly disappointed to see it’s not the same, the color temperature is actually warm, as you can see, when on top there is a projection of the older ‘version’ I got previously and at the bottom the new I got now.You can see there is a significant difference, and this is definitely not what I was looking for… so I kind of upset… really loved this one…Attaching for the refence pictures of the packages of the old version (right side) vs new one (left side) + light projections of the old one ( on top) vs the new I got ( at the bottom ) –the focus of the new one is actually offset as well vs the old one I have.

I did like the product, it is lightweight, and its battery life is long enough for a day's work, what I wish is that has a top support headband

It’s better than many of the products out there. I bought it the same time as I bought the other product from this same company. Buy the other one, it’s more expensive but worth it.

When the bill is final its around 80$ for this headlamp for which you get 2 settings bright and dim thats it no different colors or strobe. It comes with a charging cord that if you loose your going to have to buy another from the company the headlamp comes from cause it unique to them not Universal at all. And I don't know about most people but I know I tend to lose the chords charge stuff all the time. And I've owned a lot of headlamps and this one is not worth the money it seems to be put together fairly well but again not worth 80 bucks when it comes to the taxes and all that other BS that comes with it., I can't say that I've tested out the battery life yet but even if it's a long battery life it's you still lose that cord you're done you got to buy a new one from them.

Very hard to find a new cord to buy when you lose it. Also, the cord uses magnets so if you are an off-road person it will not stay plugged in. This light is for homeowners that charge in their house, not in a vehicle.
