The real stuff
Not for nothing are they known as 'choke'-berries, but I am grateful that no sweeteners or any other nonsensical 'additives' were added to 'soften' the 'choking'! effect: the real stuff. I soak them and then add berries and juice to my morning porridge. They are full of anti oxidants and I take them to protect my eyes.

Not delicious but good for you.
I just stick em in kefir overnight to soak with other stuff and they help the resulting mix edible. Not a Champagne breakfast treat but it keeps me alive I reckon.

Fantastic
Really happy with my purchase. Quick delivery.Great addition to my breakfast. They are so much better than the ones I have ordered from Holland and Barrett, mainly because they are not sweetened by any juice or any other sweetener.

Poor flavour and texture
If, like me, you are wondering why you haven’t heard of these berries before, the reason could well be that they are not very good. The flavour is weak, and the berries reduce to a tasteless and fibrous mush in your mouth. If you found these wild and picked them they would be ok but if you are spending money then get something else.
