We couldn't get Dutch Gouda cheese locally anymore. Happy to find it here. Cut the wheel in eight wedges and vacuum sealed, but in a short time, we've already gone through two pieces! So good, like I remember from my childhood.

I like everything about this cheese, it makes perfect grilled cheese sandwiches.

Being from Luxembourg, I have eaten this cheese since I was a kid! My number 1 favorite among Brie, Swiss,and a whole plethora of French cheeses that were staple in our home when I was little!So glad I found this nice big wheel, great quality, fast shipping, will buy again!Thank you for the great memories I can reminisce, while having my Gouda with butter on a slice of nice rye bread and a strong cup of coffee, makes me feel like sitting at table with my Papa as a kid!6/17/2022: Also price is nice too, just got another wheel, simply scrumptious!6/23/2022 This is of course now a regular staple for us, this last one was as nice as the first one I bought! Being Dutch and a major Gouda lover, this cheese checks all the boxes! Read quite a few reviews mentioning the cheese needed to be aged further due to bland taste. Gouda will, of course, gain more intense flavor the more aged, but this cheese has plenty of flavor! For my palette and preferences for cheese firmness, this is perfect! Will definitely order again!

We fell in love with Gouda cheese on a trip to Holland.We have ordered it several times since. The last two times the cheese has been darker along the edges indicating it is not fresh.Apparently time to find a new supplier.

The media could not be loaded. Came quickly and packaged well. Authentic cheese. Firm and slices well.Taste is mild and not overpowering. Happy with purchase. Bought this to go on my Pork roll sandwiches.You could make a meal just on it's own.Happy cheese wheeling!
