they’re good they do good for cooking into our cakes. Wish they were a little cheaper, but we’ll take it.

The vanilla is my favorite flavor. Sometimes I substitute 1/3 of the milk with cherry juice. Then put a few maraschino cherries as a garnish on top.

The vanilla flavor tastes fine, unlike the fake tasting flavors like lemon. I believe it's best to get plain vanilla pudding and add flavor. For example, adding 1/2 cup of pumpkin makes great pumpkin pudding and a heaping tablespoon of Frontier Cocoa Powder, Dutch-process Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified, 16-Ounce Bag makes better chocolate pudding than either the Jello chocolate or fudge flavors in my opinion. I also like to add wheat germ to the pudding to lessen the bitter taste of wheat germ and make the pudding more nutritious.

The first box out of the carton did not start thickening after the 2 minutes of beating. It did however set after placing it in the refrigerator but had a grainy consistency. The second box did however set properly. If the next 22 boxes set as they are supposed to I will give the product 5 stars. I have been buying this product for a number of years and this is the first problem I have ever had.
