Bought this for running slightly longer distances where I need to take a drink with me as I'm not keen on carrying a hand held water bottle. Haven't used it with a hydration bladder but the front pockets are ideal for small water bottles. Plenty of space in the back compartment for a few snacks and my top, which I took off when I got too hot. I have a larger sized phone which just fitted nicely into the front zip pocket making it easily accessible if I need to use it. Very comfortable to wear and happy with the price I paid. Highly recommended.

Item arrived defective. The zip on the Larger pocket was damaged and I cannot fix it. Will be sending back for a replacement as I do like the backpack. Nice size, handy pockets, lies flat on the body and very lightweight. Just a shame about the zip and it doesn’t come with a bladder.

For the money this vest is excellent. Really lightweight, the fit is excellent and absolutely no rubbing anywhere. It can carry a bladder but as I only run up to half marathon I just use bottles in the front. I did not but their bottles due to the bad reviews. Will be looking at other styles as I have a trail run that I need to carry kit in coming up.

Used this for my training runs for the London overall a fab little bag very comfortable and lightweight actually love it the onlyThings are and they are only little things is that as expected it gets hot around your back bit and the little strap that sits by back ofYour neck just slightly runs but. I thing major and I can put up with it but wouldn’t put me off buying this I love it

The second one of these I've had. I love this brand! It fits me really well (I'm a slim, short woman), is really light, loads of pockets for phone, energy bars, emergency money etc. Love that this version has a zip pocket so feels a bit more secure when carrying extra layers etc. And nice and bright which is great for visibility / safety!

I was looking for a very cheap vest and this one was pretty much the cheapest, it is good for the price but doesn't have a lot of different pockets, I also found the two front pockets weren't quite deep enough for even a small silicone foldable water bottle. I like that there are lots of straps, which does make for a comfortable fit.

Used this on a few runs, fits lovely, fits my 1.5ltr bladder in and a waterproof. Lots of smaller zipped pockets for accessories, such a phone, gloves and keys. Very comforable to use.
