I bought this product to help with recovery from knee surgery. My knee pain was severe, and it helped so much before and after surgery. Easy to use, and I loved the setting which allows it to stay on continuously, which is so helpful while sleeping. After using it for a month, there was an issue with it and it would not work. I contacted the company, not Amazon, and they sent me another new unit as a replacement within the week. I can not say enough about the wonderful customer service from this product and company! They strive to make sure their customers are happy.

This was priceless for my Total knee replacement!!!! High recommend. It helped with swelling, easy to use and lessened the pain. Also great for shoulder injuries too!.

The unit arrived broken such that it could not be assembled and therefore, inoperable. Very disappointed. Will be returning the unit.

I had this product after my surgery, and I love it! There are different settings to specify to your treatment path. I also didn't have to worry about having to continuously fill up the ice because it last so long. With having kids it is nice to be able to pick it up and move to where I am needed or to where I can sit comfortably and use it. Other products I tried were too stiff, but with all the strsps this one comes with, you can really get it to form around the area you need it!
