This is a great probiotic! I’ve tried several and this really has helped me and I saw a significant difference very fast!

Wish it didn't cost so much. Really helped regulate my gut.

Having taken these now at the recommended daily dose of (2) capsules, they do seem to be effective and safe as there have been no adverse side effects that I'm aware of. The bowels are better and seem more regular after taking these and so far during this winter season, there have been no illnesses nor colds so it's very well possible these are due to the capsules. With regards to vaginal health, that's something still yet to be determined and uncertain about it. Overall, though would highly recommend this tribiotic supplement from Arrae.

I've purchased this product 3 times and have taken it consistently since received. Recently I had my "lady appointment" and it turns out the PH levels that this product was supposed to regulate is complete bogus and I am now on antibiotic to correct the situation. Super disappointed. Frustrated for wasting the money. Will not be repurchasing this product.

This is a high quality probiotic, packed with prebiotics, postbiotics, and immunoglobulins - the full package! The probiotic section itself shows the genus, species, and strain, which are vital to see in a quality product (I’m a naturopath who studies this for a living). The results have been noticeable. I also appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle as it’s better for our health and our environment. Good quality brand overall.

I’m not sure if it works. I stopped taking it after 1 week because it made my face break out bad. Only results I saw was acne break out
