Buy it!!
Not only was this bed inexpensive, it’s high quality! There were not many reviews when I purchased it- so I’m leaving a good one! Here are things I love: the instructions were simple, but had no words in them- so if you’re not good with just images, be prepared to pay close attention. However, the screws were all labeled.2) the screws are all Hex Key/Allen wrench screws. It comes with EVERYTHING you need. So it comes with the hex key that fits every one. For the small screws (there are only two), it comes wi th the proper screwdriver.3) the bed is tall! So make sure you have enough floor space to assemble it. I used one room for unboxing, and the bedroom for building.4) i put it together myself, so it is possible (I’m also short -5’0”) but when putting on the sides, I could’ve used some help since the bars are really heavy. I’ve put together a lot of furniture, but this is beginner friendly! Just gloves might help because your fingers get a little sore from using the wrench5) some of the bed slats were impossible to put on the correct ways because of welding mistakes- but I was able to circumvent that pretty easily. Some were misaligned so I wasn’t able to use screws on a couple of them (just on one side each). I doubt this would be a devastating issue. I still have all slats in place.6) it took me around a total of 6 hours maybe. I split it into two days. Someone with help could do it much faster. And someone taller/stronger could too. Also I’m not good with instructions so most of that time was spent reading.7) the power cord is really long!! It’s great for if you need to stretch it far, but not so good for if you planned it to be shorter and very close to an outlet. The plug has two regular plugs and two USB ports.8) when scooting the bed, you have to walk back and forth to move it at angles instead of scooting in one direction. (just because it’s not the sturdiest)9) the bed itself- I had to get used to the hight. Never had a bunk bed as a kid so I’d never been that high up. It IS high. Read measurements. We have high ceilings so it works. But you could seriously hurt yourself if you fell- so if you sleepwalk or sleep crazily- I do not recommend a bed like this. It is shaky at first on carpet when not secured to the wall. But I’ve been sleeping on it for a week and the shakiness is slowly leaving as the bed settles into the floor. I definitely needed two or more people to put the mattress on, but I had a guy do it.10) the ladder hurts to step on if you force all your body weight on it. I might find a way to cushion it. With practice, it hurts less if you can displace your body weight. Im also getting faster at climbing it the more I do it. But it’ll take at least a week to get good. I’m an adult so I weigh more than a kid. Also note that the ladder isn’t interchangeable with sides so look closely at orientation. All - in - all, I’m giving this a 10/10 rating as far as it’s class. A metal loft bed won’t be as solid as a wooden one, BUT it is very sturdy for its kind. I trust sleeping in it, and I have a whole setup underneath. You can fit 3 computers on it (or 3 monitors) and you’ll still have a little space to place things. I LOVE this bed. It was sent through fedex so maybe be watchful of that lol. Anyway definitely a perfect buy. It’s also nearly impossible to move as a package, so get help or someone really strong to do it.For an idea of weight- I’m 120lbs and 5’0 tall and I feel safe as far as weight goes. Another person felt safe and they’re 5’5 and 150lbs.Happy shopping!!

Love this bed only one flaw!
The media could not be loaded. This bed is perfect girl my 10yo daughter. She is in virtual school and the desk underneath is perfect for her own school space. The bed was pretty easy to assemble, took my hubby and I about 4 hours to get done. We did have to redo 2 of the horizontal bars that screwed the desk to the bed side bed frames bc we had the bars facing the wrong way, but still not too bad. And the LED lights are beautiful in my girls room! Two very important things to consider: 1- the bed is very tall. We only have 7ft high ceilings so ceiling fan can not be used when my daughter is on top bunk. I would rescinded getting a 4 inch mattress if you have low ceilings. My daughter has a 7 or 8 inch mattress and although do still has some headspace from the ceiling the mattress comes level with the side guard rail. 2 - if you have shoe molding the bed will not mount to the wall at all! This makes the bed very wobbly, and after reading another review, we decided to not let my daughter sleep on the bed until we are able to add pieces of wood to the gap in between the wall and bed and mount the bed to the wood. The bed seemed sturdy even though it wasn’t mounted but it still moved every time she moved and she was scared of its instability. I will update my review once we make these necessary adjustments. If it were not for my shoe molded walls this would have been the Best Buy of the year for us! No fault of the supplier just not an easy fix.

Amazing loft bed for kids
My kid has wanted a loft bed for a while and I have been checking out various ones, but this one seemed to stand out above the rest for the price and reviews (the desk veneer also perfectly matched a dresser I got as well, which didn't hurt). When we got it, we laid all the parts out in the order of the numbered stickers and put it together in an hour (take note of the direction of the holes and you shouldn't have any issues). When he saw it, he screamed with excitement and has said how much he loves it many times. The LED light strip is great. I would recommend putting it on the backside of the bar above the desk, as putting it under the desk (like shown in my pic) is cool, but is too dark at the desk area. I bought another led light strip later and put it up and it makes it even better.PROTIP: The stairs are steel and can be a bit rough for kid's feet, but you can pick up a 6' rubber pipe insulation at Home Depot/Lowes for less than $10, cut it with some good scissors and add it to each ladder rung. The 6' is a few inches more than you will need and most of the rubber insulation for pipes has adhesive so you stick it around the bars. It matches the color and makes a noticeable difference in the comfort climbing it (and is super cheap/easy to replace when it wears down).A few considerations:- Loft beds are much more difficult to make the bed (vs traditional) especially if back of bed is against wall. I'm 6'1" and still need to use a foot stool and stretch over. A step stool is definitely helpful.- The bed frame is steel and does feel sturdy, but is still top heavy, so it will wobble if you don't use the included brackets to mount it to the wall studs.- If your child is anything like mine, they will see this bed as part furniture, part jungle gym. Set reasonable rules, but design your room to limit risk (aka avoid sharp edges where they may swing).- The dynamic changes a bit from a traditional bed. For instance, I can no longer sit next to my kid while reading to him at night. He's almost 9 now, so we read mostly chapter books (which don't have pictures for him to look at) so it's not an issue, but I'm glad we didn't get the bed when he was younger as I enjoyed reading next to him and looking at the pictures together. Additionally, when he was younger he would fall asleep on car rides, which was easy to carry him to his bed, but if I had the loft bed at that age, I doubt I would've attempted to get him up that high. That all said, I would recommend this for kids 7+ if those things are important to you.

Perfect for a young kid
My 6 year old loves this bed. Any age works as long as you fit. No real noise does shake when getting in and out of the bed it hit the walls. Strong and stable, good quality and safe. We added pool noodles to the sides to help our child get use to the frame. Great bed quick and easy to put together. Love the wood table top, lights and built in outlets.

Exceeded Expectations
The media could not be loaded. My son has been asking for a loft bed for 2yrs and I waited to make the right choice considering price, quality and style. This bed has met all the expectations! The LED strip is a nice touch its quality was a surprise. Its very thick and durable, nothing like the flimsy tape light ones. The metal stairs do hurt his feet a little but he hasn’t complained, I asked. The bed isnt too high either, which was another concern for me. Overall, its the perfect bed for an 8 yo and I can see him even having it into his teens if it holds up!As far as sturdiness, it wobbles a bit but comes with brackets to adhere to the wall so problem solved! And I cant speak to assembly bc I paid someone to do it for me but it took about 4 hours for one guy.
