It’s well built good aluminum & metal, the main bar is metal to handle up to 600 lbsI purchased this bike carrier since I have a motorcycle & recently purchased 2 e-bikes each bike is 106lb & I couldn’t find an engine carrier that would safely hold 212 poundsI would recommend this to safely tow your e-bikes, however it is bulky to store

The rack feels stable and durable. It’s quite heavy and feels solid. Assembly isn’t that too bad and I finished setting it up in 30 minutes or so. It’s scratch resistant as far as I can tell and works well fitting my bike and it’s able at around 65mph.

The carrier itself is well designed to do the job. I was unimpressed with the way it was packaged. It arrived with several holes in the box. It was dinged up some and paint scraped off in places. I had to repaint it so it won’t rust.

Very heavy duty and really easy to setup, no problems putting it on and off my hitch. Easy to store in the garage too. If you need to carry two bikes this option works great.

Maybe if the tires were 12" in diameter and made for circus clowns! The "rungs" that are to accommodate various size tires are maybe 10 to 12 inches apart from each other. Both my standard size bike tire and my fat tire sizes barely seat in between those "rungs". They barely sit down far enough to cover the tread! The bikes just want to tip over immediately. Might as well be mounting these bikes on flat, wooden board! Highly don't recommend!

The service and shipping were very fast. The quality of the product was less than I expected. One bracket was not frilled with all the proper mounting holes and the coating was flaking off in place right out of the package. The main support bar is not sized well to a class 3 hitch dimensions causing a lot of slop. They do include a bracket to bind that slop up but that in it’s self is a poor patch in my opinion.
