I ordered these hair vitamins, which come in 6 strips of 10 capsules for a total of 60. They’re designed to promote healthy, strong hair, but I’m not a big fan of the suggested dosage. It recommends taking one in the morning and one in the evening, but by the time evening rolls around, I often forget to take the second dose. So, I’ve been sticking to just one capsule a day. My hair seems a bit darker and my nails feel stronger, but I can’t say for sure if I’m getting the full benefits. I wouldn’t order this again simply because I don’t like having to take it twice a day.

This is great!! I have been looking for something that’s not just a spray or cream for my hair loss! You take a pill twice daily and boom that’s it!! And it’s all vitamins! It’s a win win all around!
