Camrusic Universal Wired Winch Controller, Winch Hand Control Assembly with 9.2ft Cable for Car Off Road Vehicle

I lost my old winch controller somewhere out in the woods and mud and I didn't feel like spending a fortune on the namebrand replacement so I figured I'd give this unit a shot. It's not as heavy duty as the original, but it seems to work just fine. Be mindful that there are many different winch interfaces and you have to make sure and get the right size and polarity. If it's the right size, you can usually open up the hand controller to flip the polarity, but if it's the wrong size then you're out of luck.

Tried it out and only would go out. Tried my winch to see if it was just the winch and it didnt work

Had to rewire to match my particular winch but simple and easy to work.

The plug, wire, and connection to handset are sturdy so is the switch. Maybe it's just me but the handset feels delicate, too light a plastic. It is just a handle for the thumb switch, but I'd be careful to not drop it.
