Giving 5 Star for now unless it stop working like some reviewer said, then will update.
Easy to use. Package will not tell you which app to download ( i-FlashDevice ), you have to connect the USB to your device (iPod/ipad/iphone) a little blue light on the usb will state it is connected and it will tell you that there is an app and if you would like to download it.Sorry but 3 1/2 star for the app. (don't like the funky look of it, lol!)

in the description i said worked with Android & Iphone...not true it does not fit into an Android phone. However I had no trouble returning the item or getting a refund on the purchased price.

Cuts out unexpectedly
I loved this product when I first bought it but now I hate it. It doesn't ever fully download my photos and I can't use my phone when photos are downloading. If you even look at the product when it is downloading photos it quits working and the files are corrupted. I bought this product so I could download photos while I travel to free up space but it was just a waste of money.

It’s not working correctly on my Iphone...
Just got mine and its either damaged or it’s si crappy that its not working on my iPhone every time i start copying items it starts well and it continually deactivates itself. So its not working on my phone but it works perfectly on my PC so its not a total loss. Still im very disappointed gonna check from another manufacturer to see if its better quality and it actually 100%works.
