Yoga Wheel not just for yogis, I bought this Phoenix Fitness Yoga Wheel because I had read a number of reviews from people that had had back problems or had driving/computer base jobs, as I fit in both categories and this Yoga Wheel came up very cheap on Amazon I had to bag one.Arrival: Super fast I ordered Sunday it arrived Monday.Packaging: Very nice and professional box showing the wheel plus exercises and product features, inside the box the wheel was in bubble wrap.Use: I was a little dubious to place full body weight on it but the wheel is very robust, it can support my full body weight (which is slight) and I have no fear of it supporting me. The action is nice it really does help you get into positions you may not have wanted to try stretching the back and shoulders and supporting whist giving you that extra stretch you need. the outside of the wheel is encased with what I would call closed cell foam which cushions your body against the wheel.Overall: Very happy, arrived fast, great packaging, very robust, does what I expected and probably more and great little fitness tool, not just for yoga.

This is made well and beautifully finished , it’s expensive but well worth it

Love my yoga wheel!! I consider myself fairly advanced at yoga with deep backbends so didn’t think this wheel would make much difference... boy was I wrong!! Within a few weeks of using it my backbends deepened much quicker than they would have without it. Can also use it to stretch calfs/hamstrings etc. Highly recommend!

This yoga wheel has been helping with my posture and shoulder pain already, great for core strength as well. The senders even included a pack of free incense sticks which I thought was very kind of them - 10/10.

I love my yoga dharma wheel, it’s safe and sturdy and great for back bending practice. I also find it helps me with my forearm stands too. Recommended

Use (with some care) this even if you don’t practice yoga. Great for back and shoulders.
