I just received the watch and I absolutely love it! I'm pretty fussy and this is good enough for an "homage" of the very expensive Omega Seamaster to satisfy me.I'm sure there are minor inconsistencies.. ie: I believe the "tachymetre" printing is just slightly larger than on the original but really surprisingly close in size. The printing is also quite crisp, even when I just use a simple magnifying glass. The minute and second hand are both correct and the alignment of the large second hand is spot on! This watch is fairly heavy which I like. When I ordered it I was concerned that it would look too big on my wrist as most 40 and 42 mm watches are just a bit large visually. For some reason the design allows this timepiece to look just perfect. Of course the function of the three little dials is different than on the Omega but I fully expected this as it's a nice Japanese movement and not a custom Swiss mechanism costing more than selling my liver would get me. I bought this primarily because I like the look and I have a whole bunch of watches I like to switch and wear. I'm very, very pleased which is often a tall order!My one serious complaint is the way Amazon ships this thing. It comes in a gift presentation box which is also very tasteful. Of course that is defeated when you put it into a plastic bag and ship it effectively unprotected. Printed on the bag it says "lighter than our smallest box" and it sure is! Of course it also provides zero protection! The presentation box arrived, as so many items from Amazon are now coming, mildly crushed! Most of the time it doesn't matter like when I receive a plastic Ladle or an electronic doodad as some of the boxes get tossed, but not this. This is a nice tasteful item and needs to be protected. There seems to be no way to get Amazon to stop sending me items in such a vulnerable fashion. It is my only major complaint about this otherwise very positive experience. I had a Wenger Swiss Military diver-style watch for about 25 years. I wore it every day, it kept perfect time, and all I had to do was replace the battery every few years. Last week, I got home one night and my watch was gone. I assume the 25-year-old stainless steel strap broke at some point. I looked online at current Wenger watches and that model is no longer available, so I started looking for a replacement. Even though this is a different design, and slightly larger than my Wenger, I liked the appearance, and based on reviews I decided to give it a try. I'm not regretting that decision.The appearance is really good without being flashy. I know nothing about Omega watches, so the whole "homage" thing means nothing to me. So far it seems to keep proper time. Others have complained about sharp edges but I haven't noticed that. After removing six links the stainless steel band fits my wrist perfectly. It is comfortable enough that I hardly notice it on my wrist unless I look. Overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase. I only hope it holds up for another twenty-five years like my Wenger did.

First Pagani Design purchase, PD-1701. Watched countless videos on them. I wanted to post some pix of the 1701 with the gold markers and grey dial. Don't mind the crappy cell phone pictures. Please note, there are no blemishes on the crystal, just reflections. Anyway, my quick review is it seems to be a very good watch for the price point. Cannot comment on the bracelet that came with the watch. I replaced it with a silicone strap for now. I wanted a more vintage look. The watch does seem light on the wrist and well, the lume isn't great. But for around $100 USD, it can't be beat. Only time will tell on the movement's lifespan as the pin seemed to be gritty. However, everything functions as it should. Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend Pagani Design. I only gave it 4 stars due to the weak lume and the gritty pin. But again, ~$100 timepiece. If you can pick one up for sub $75 USD, then 5 stars would be my rating.

But I’m glad that I chose this one. Screw-on crown, set time and forget for a few years-what a beauty!!Never had this type of watch, but I love how it uses main second arrow for tachymeter, looks professional!I decided to choose nylon band instead of stainless steel. Nylon outside, “genuine leather” inside. Overall quality feels ok, if you don't want to scratch stainless steel bracelet. Buttons are clicky(see video), crown screws on securely.Easy to read, bezel more of a gunmetal than piano-black that I expected. Every single function works flawlessly, but we will see how scratch-resistant is the glass, it goes about 2 millimeters above the bezel.Love it. Will let you know is something goes wrong.
