This item is NOT compatible with iZettle. I asked the printer supplier directly whether this would work with iZettle before making my purchase and the response was it would. IT DOESN'T. After many hours of trying to connect the 2 (via bluetooth and wifi) I finally contacted iZettle themselves and despite it being a bluetooth device the two are known not to work together even through an iPad. I'm upset with the supplier for claiming it would. I now have to try and return it.

EASY TO SET UP, EASY TO USE

Problems from the start with this little printer. Yes it was recognised by the iPad, but it kept disconnecting itself from the bluetooth device list - needing to be constantly refreshed. Couldn't get it to ever be recognised as a viable printer by 2 different iPads. The manual is small with tiny grey font - magnifier needed. No helpline or website, so good luck with all the techo stuff if you don't have the tech skills. Im sure its great if it works - but for us a big lesson in buying unsupported, cheaper Chinese goods.

Once driver was set up everything worked great. Great little item. This is a small, lightweight and excellent thermal printer it is lightweight with a large capacity rechargeable battery and the paper roll is very easy to change. I found it particularly useful for bar codes.

Driver installation was quick. Replacing thermal papers isn't a hassle like some other thermal printers. Printer seems sturdy and durable. Cuts the thermal paper when done printing. This is by far the fastest printer I have worked with. This printer is setup with our Microsoft POS and works flawlessly time after time.
