"Sublime" is, indeed, the right word to describe this product. So is "sensational," "amazing," "phenomenal," "outstanding," or any other superlative you would care to use. I ordered the small (4 ounce) bag. I used it to make a low carb white chocolate mousse. Well, after I finished making it and dishing it up to refrigerate, I scraped the mixing bowl clean. Bliss! Just on the basis of that meager sample, I broke the 3 minute mile ordering the large bag! I don't ever want to be without it. Ever.I live in south Florida, so I was concerned about the possibility of it arriving in a liquid state. It has been quite hot here for more than a month. No worries. The little wafers arrived intact. The promised flavor is clearly announced when you first open the bag. Heavenly!! And the flavor is an exact match for the aroma, clean and delightfully assertive in your finished product. Too often, the taste of white chocolate can disappear when blended with other ingredients. Not this one!I did notice in melting those wafer in order to make the mousse, that it does seem to have a higher melting point than conventional chocolate. The microwave worked well, however, in 30 second increments on high power, mixing after each until a smooth liquid was achieved.I found that adding some vanilla complemented it to perfection. And just the tiniest pinch of white pepper gave it an inscrutable, barely-there whisper of additional body. It was hard to resist putting yourself into a white chocolate stupor by eating every bit yourself!Bottom line, the flavor is outstanding, it holds up well for transport, and you will create a delightful product, a sure-fire winner, when you use this. It's products such as this in your baking arsenal that make your reputation as a formidable dessert creator. Buy it, with confidence!

This cocoa butter is good. Has a nice chocolate aroma as soon as you open the bag. I initially bought it to make cocoa butter lotion, and lip balm. But I've been using it for smoothies and coffees instead. Recommend it if you're looking for a good quality cocoa butter

I used this cocoa butter to make some lip balms and it worked perfectly. Once hardened, they were super smooth (no chunks or grainy bits). I also love how strong the cocoa smell is. Will purchase again!

I've tried lots of different brands, but this cocoa butter is the best! The small disks make measuring and melting so easy for my body butter production. They have a strong and pleasant chocolate smell that carries into whatever you make. The product is obviously very fresh, and keeps for months without developing that awful white buildup that some other brands already have when they arrive. This stuff is worth every penny!

So wonderfully delicious! Wafers are a great size and easily melt. I like the package but the ziplock top just doesn't want to shut.

I watch a lot of videos on healthy recipes you can use these in. No I didn't make any of them lol. I used them all up in my coffee. enjoy :)

I actually like this product. I started making chocolate it is definitely flavorful and is a great staple. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately what arrived was not wafers but some big lumps that had melted into the bottom of the package. But I still have to give 4 stars because honestly the wafers that remained intact looked really luscious. It pains me to have to return it but I just can't use it as is. For what it's worth, this was not ordered in the summer. It was ordered in October.
