A waste of time buying this edition of what might be an excellent book - the index and bibliography at the end of the book were missing entirely from the new paperback supplied by Amazon. Following my first complaint Amazon then sent me a second copy with exactly the same pages missing. Presumably a printing error. So I have not been able to read the book yet !
