I purchased this heated vest to wear under my coat while out on my mobility scooter as it gets so cold. The quality of the vest is excellent and the fact it comes with extra zip panels for the sides is marvellous as you can swop them over depending what you want to wear underneath. The jacket heats up in no time I put all three settings on pink setting and the battery last for around five hours I do have to turn it down at times as i get to hot 🥵. I do also wear the vest around the house It’s marvellous for back and neck pain! Arris customer service is excellent as well if there are any issues

Bought this for winter camping, heats up really quickly and easy to control different areas and heat settings The inside polar fleece is really soft and cosy, in the daytime mostly don’t need the jacket on as retains a lot of heat. Can’t feel any internal wires like you could on the old heated jackets. Battery is the size of an iPhone and a little heavier but stored in the pocket it’s not an inconvenience, and still had plenty of life in it after a weekend camping, but obviously depends what heat setting you have it on and how long. Has extra pockets with zips on which are very handy, also good for putting hands in to warm them up. Had to put one extra panel in for my size (38-40 bust), and worked well, with the extra panels this will fit pretty much anyone. Didn’t come with the correct charger (ie came with a European plug instead of a UK plug), luckily I had a plug converter from holidays, queried if I could get a uk charger sent but Amz said I would need to return the jacket & reorder, as I wanted the jacket imminently decided to keep it. European plug to uk converters cost around £7. £130 is a lot of money to spend for a heated gilet but I did a lot of research prior to my purchase, and as most come without the battery (which will cost you an extra £50) this is overall a good buy, which I am happy with and will get plenty of use out of.

If put on full blast, the batteries barely last an evening.Modest heating and they last 6 hours.Therefore, it's OK. Just have to remember to charge it each night

Pleasantly pleased by this product. The build quality is good and after charging the battery it heated in seconds. Can see that it will be very effective in the cold. Very excited to give it as a present to my daughter who is going travelling and will encounter a variety of different climates but still needs to travel light. This should save on carrying a heavy coat everywhere!

Warm, cosy and lightweight too. The vest makes a useful extra layer even without the heated panels and it looks good as well, although I'd feel a bit self-conscious about the indicator lights if wearing it switched on in public! I'm small and wanted something designed for women that would fit me comfortably, and with the adjustable side panels this was perfect. In the current cold snap I wear it outdoors under a coat but mainly wanted it for indoor use as we have limited heating at present. It's ideal for these purposes but possibly not suitable to use on it's own in wet weather. There is a choice of temperature for the different heated areas but so far I've kept them all on high, which does drain the battery quite fast (3-4 hours). As it takes a while to charge I contacted the seller to order a spare and found their customer service to be excellent.

Bought as a gift for my wife as she's always cold.She loves it.Very effective.The zip in sections work a treat.The only issue is the bespoke battery, it would be handy if you could just charge up a couple of spare power pack battery's for long days or trips away.

I ordered this heated gillet for my holiday to Lapland. It was great and kept me warm throughout the coldest days we were there (lowest temperature was -5)I loved the fact that it has panels that you can zip in and out to change the size which is perfect if you want to wear more or less clothing underneath. I’m a size 16 and ordered the XXL which was a perfect fit once I had tried variations of the side panels.I would say it kept heated for about 6 hours but that is a rough estimation as we were only really out for that amount of time at any one time. The only other down side is that the battery park that you connect to the lead in the pocket is a little bit heavy but not really a problem.

The only reason not a five star overall is the battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would.
