The lock broke the first time it was used
Although the code worked, the mechanism to actually release the zippers broke, leaving us unable to get access to the contents. Had to use a screw driver to pry them open

Horrible Luggage
The media could not be loaded. The zipper broke after one use. Not durable luggage returning my purchase and the company is making me pay for the packaging return! Do not recommend.
