These are thin without arch support. I bought them so I could add a small layer of comfort to my shoes. They worked out great. I seen where someone said it took two hours to cut them. It took me three minutes to cut one pair then I just used that one to cut the rest. Depending on shoes some are bigger and some smaller even though they are the same size. If the shoes you have fit tight these will make the fit tighter though. They are thin so they worked out fine for mine. I would say you can use them for most shoes and boots. They might show if you want them for sandals.

Wish they were a bit thinner. I use them in my shoes in the summer when I'm not wearing socks. Easy to just toss them after a few uses. But the thickness makes my shoes tight. So I will be looking for a thinner insert.

These are the old -school insoles I remember, but with a better grippy surface. I got the nice dark colors. I had two pairs of old shoes (Mary Jane style) with destroyed insoles snd just wanted something to clean them up. These work perfectly. The bright colors make the shoes look cute when I put them on. One set, I used in shoes without socks. They got dirty after a while so I washed them by hand, dried, and they cleaned up fine and went back in the shoes. I’ve now put them in a couple pairs of boots too just to keep the shoe fresher. I recommend the assorted dark colors if you get these, it’s fun to have orange and yellow insoles, makes my shoes feel new-ish again. They trimmed to size just fine, using the printed marks for length, plus eyeballing the shape of the shoe.

I sent these back because didn’t like the small holes all over the inside sole.

I have ordered these insoles in the past and they wear very well. I like that they are not overly thick which tends to take up a lot of room in a shoe. They give my shoes just the right amount of cushion.

Toxic smell - insoles are nice light weight and easy to cut but horrible chemical small. I tried soaking and washing because i like the weight. But they still smelled like turpentine. Threw them away.
