Well, my boyfriend talked me into cutting his hair so we set out to find some good quality scissors that wouldn’t break the bank. I immediately opened them when they arrived and started whacking on his hair. They cut effortlessly and seem to be of good quality. They have a knob in the middle that allows you to set the tension for a smoother cut. They seem to be a great value for what I paid for them since I wasn’t sure I would continue on this endeavor. They don’t slip in my hand and have a good grip. They do not come with a carrying case. I chose silver and it looked as the picture I chose. The scissors didn’t seem flimsy and are thick enough to feel substantial. Unfortunately for me, this means I will have to continue cutting his hair!!😂

I lost or misplaced my other hair cutting scissors and had been using craft scissors and it caused crazy amount of split ends they were driving me crazy! So I just purchased the first and cheapest pairs without really looking at the product details. It arrived today and I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality and that there’s a screw that tightens the scissors! That’s so cool! I just finished giving myself a trim and got rid of some split ends. The scissors are sharp and the shape is quite comfortable to grip. I don’t normally leave reviews but the price and quality got me so excited! Hopefully they don’t rust ☺️

I’m not an expert on haircutting scissors, I just needed a pair of scissors that I could count on to cut hair efficiently. I’ve got big hands and the scissors ended up peeing a bit smaller than I’d hope for, but I can use them and they are sharp as a razor. They won’t get a lot of use like a barber would give them, but I’m sure they will be adequate for the number of years that I will be using them.

These scissors have an adjustable screw that you can loosen or tighten to adjust the effort it takes to exercise the cutting action. They work great.

I can't tell you how happy I am with these inexpensive hair cutting scissors! They are a nice weight and well designed making it easy to cut hair (and even dog fur!) Highly recommend!
