This one is substantial. Thicker than cover stock so it should hold up to UHU glue for collage. Creamy white.Four stars because it was shipped loose and unprotected with two other items I ordered. The rounded corners are damaged which makes it seem used. I will add protection myself. I think the cover should be trimmed closer to the size of the 8x8 paper which should prevent this type of damage, plus wrap protection.

Love this journal
Excellent book. I paste things in it so I wish the spine was bigger to accommodate the extra thickness but it still is great.

Great for art journaling!
I use it for an art journal and to try out new things from a class I'm taking online. The paper is nice. I put gesso on the pages first and then use mixed media - acrylics, inks, collage. The paper buckles a little bit, but I like that. My journal gets kinda fat and I love it! I like the pocket on the inside cover and the elastic band. You can decorate the cover too and really personalize it. I will buy again....lots of pages to fill before I need another one.
