Persuasion (Wordsworth Collector's Editions)

A terrific story, full of Jane Austin's usual dry humor. Not a book to speed-read, but a book to read a chapter at a time and savor. Well enough printed and bound. Good purchase.

Nice book

I love the look of these book covers but unfortunately they aren’t super durable. It doesn’t take much for them to be scratched up and the color to come off.Also the packaging is wanting. I had to return the first shipment because they were not wrapped and all and just flew around inside a box. They arrived dented and scratched.

Great book a real classic would recommend to anyone who loves a classic story.

I’m disappointed with the transportation for which I paid more than 50£ for the books to arrive like they’re old copies. It’s really sad because I was looking forward to this collection.

Está súper bonito el libro. Había visto algunas reviews un poco malas, pero supongo que también depende de cada vendedor de Amazon. El mío llegó sí con unos leves detallitos de desgaste en la solapa, y sin mucha protección dentro de la caja, pero nada fuera de otro mundo, se sigue viendo precioso. Los detalles en dorado están súper bellos y está bien aesthetic el libro jaja. Eso sí, chance no leí bien las medidas y creí que sería ligeramente más grande, pero la verdad está de buen tamaño y puedes llevarlo a donde sea. Aquí les dejo una comparativa con otros libros.
