A good brisket rub especially if you are new to the game
My brisket turned out great. The rub doesn't add much spiciness to the flavor of the beef which is really what you want. It formed a good bark and the ingredients were ground to a very good size and consistency. It smelled of cumin from the jar but it doesn't taste that way when you cook. Not crazy good, but pretty decent and doesn't do anything wrong.

I cannot comment on the product taste but I was disappointed when I received because Food Allergies of Peanuts and Tree Nuts not noted before purchasing.
