Been holding van headliner for a few years now .
Had to use to hold up falling headliner in van ( due to Florida heat separating it ) .Tried the glue stuff ,, but wore out too fast .These little things work pretty good .Try to be patient , and poke hole with "pin" portion first ( at a bit of an angle ) ,, then start turning / screwing it into the headliner / backing at the same bit of an angle ( until it starts catching ) ,, then straighten out and screw it up / on . ( Hope this might help someone ) .

Easy to use & looks great!
The fabric on the roof of our SUV is coming loose and hanging down in front, and on the driver's side. It's tacky and distracting, so I researched ways to correct this without spending too much money. This was my solution! So easy to use and looks great. The fabric in pinned in place, smooth, and I even have extra to use in my husband's truck.

Small spiral pins will hold.
The spiral was just good enough to twist its way into the holding material. No breakage of spiral wire but notice it is prone to deform during install.

Must have
If you drive an older vehicle or just one with headliner issues, this is a must have. Simple easy fix.

Not for all applications
When installing in a 2005 Honda civic I realized these are not universal by any means. The pig tail end is great and holds itself in the headline backing material nicely. However my headline and many others are thin enough the pigtail is no longer in the backer when pushed in flush. The shallow point of the shank is straight and that straight section is longer than my headliner. Once pushed snug against the material it will loosen up.The design is great and I expect in the proper application these work great. Just test your headliner depth prior to ordering.

Least Damage to the headliner fabric.
Excellent for fixing "Sagging Headliner" in old car - temporarily or even semi-permanently.

Works like a charm on headliners.
Used it on my falling headliner on Lesabre. They work great. Would buy again.

Fixed it!
Used to pin up cloth liner of my car’s ceiling. The tacos have held for 3months without sign of falling apart. Maybe not the ideal fix, but certainly the most effective fix at this price point.
