All parts arrived well packaged with simple instructions.To remove the old item just work backwards.It only took me 5 minutes to install this high quality upgrade and all the parts fit perfectly on my Ender 3 V2.Well worth the money.

Followed the excellent video and installed fine. So much better than the stock fitted item. Highly recommended for Cr6Se owners :)

The media could not be loaded. So this is excellent, for those in comments saying it only came with three screw's, its meant to, the fourth is the pivot screw,Anyway ordered this for 9 Ender pro 3 printers fitted all myself without any issue and found the quality of the metal and parts is excellent.I will agree use your old spring as the one that comes with this kit is very strong so either you have to weaken it by squeezing releasing a couple hundred times or take the easy route and use the old spring as it's tension is perfect.Thankyou seller for a great product...Deffo five stars at this price point also.Moe

replacing the original that had a missing tension spring and screw. this fit perfectly on my Ender 3 neo .. fixing my problem of filament not being spooled into the extruder

Feel bad not giving 5 stars but luckily I saw a previous review, otherwise I could have had a lot of failed prints and head aches.A previous reviewer stated that they used the original spring, as the one supplied is too long. This puts too greater pressure on the filament, so during retraction, it wears the filament. It seemed like I was getting blockages and had a bunch of failed prints. But it was due to not being able to be fed through to the hot end, as it was worn from the gear rotating on the filament.Luckily I’d seen the said persons review, swapped out the spring and al has been fine since.Overall, the value is excellent, the piece looks great but it is a shame to have the incorrect spring supplied. Changing the spring increased the performance dramatically, as the gear is great quality and the bearing. The instructions are very clear, enabling the assembly to be quick and easy.

Fixed my printer

This product arrived as described in good time, I ordered it to replace the plastic extruder part on my 3d printer. It was easy to swap out and works as intended.I would recommend this as an upgrade.

This does come with instructions that are detailed . It does what it is supposed to and actually feeds enough to keep my hot end fed on a .8mm nozzle . It has a nice adjustment controlI have 11 machines, 2 are direct feed. The rest I will be replacing with this extruder feeder.I rely on these machine for my work , so enough said !
