not much to review about, I have had blood work done 2x. Each time my blood work has improved. So doing what I need it to. I am trying bottle this time, because the foil kind is a nightmare. Definitely eat a bite, your stool will become tarry, takes forever for cleanup, but was going to have to have iron infusion, now I am in the clear.PSI ordered these in the bottle to get away from the tinfoil saga, BUT they still sent me the boxes in the tinfoil pkg GRRR do not like them substituting items.
