Temporary feel good for tight fitting clothing
This product is very well made and you can see that right off the back. I am 5'7" and weigh 160lbs with the majority of my weight in my lower abdominal and I ordered the size Large as my waist was 31". It is snug but it's not uncomfortable at all unless you sit for long periods of time. I don't expect it to change my figure but it makes my belly pooch look non existent and I can wear more form fitting clothing without be self conscious.

Fits great and very comfortable!
Fits slightly bigger than the measurement guide. I'm a 41" waist and I ordered a 2X. Although it fits very comfortably it is just a smidge bigger. Love it though! Will order a second one once I lose some weight. The material is scheer and has some lace on the front. Very good quality. The length on the front is perfect and doesn't ride up.

Fits great I am 5'9" so having a longer fit is a great option. Goes down past love handles when wearing jeans 👍. I work out in it and wear it if I go to the store. This will help you keep your back straight and good posture! I am a dress size 8 got a small and could clap it on the last row... wish it could go a little tighter.Also I do t wear with tight shirts because you can see the bumps.

I have worn different types of waist cinchers. I was looking for something long and thought I found the perfect match. I ordered a small and according to the size it should have been small on me but that's what I wanted. I recieved the item in two days (prime) and excited to wear it the next day. I went to put it on and it was loose. I am going to return ☹️☹️☹️ Back to the drawing board

The reviews saying this runs too large are very accurate.
I ordered a size smaller than what I should have needed, and the most tightly cinched row of hooks is barely cinching. I could have gone a size smaller. It is light weight and breathable, for the price, I can't complain too much and will buy one in the next size down in a month or two. Ordering two sizes smaller than the measurements state should fit you would be a safe bet to get a cinching (waist training) fit.

I absolutely love this product
I absolutely love this product. It will be definitely great for warm weather & long torsos is what I wanted. So comfortable but, it runs a little bit larger. I ordered a small didn't offer a extra small. But if so I'll order again.

Not as described.
It doesn't cinch like other waist trainers do. And the description says it's 13" long. I measured. It isn't more than 10" long on the size and 8" long in the back.
