Just got this purse today. It came very quickly! I just ordered it on Friday, and it is here in time for me to return to work after the New Year. Opening it up, I love that it was in a plastic zippered bag. I feel like it was a cost-effective way to protect the purse a little more from the box. The material feels good for the price. It feels sturdy and also like it will be able to be wiped clean (I have 4 kids so that is important to me). Aesthetically, I think it is really cute and looks just like I thought it would from the pictures online. Opening it up, there are three compartments that are large enough for me to put all of my things in and still keep much more organized than my purse that only has one opening. I feel like this will help me find things in my purse much better! There was a little sachet in it that is scented. This is something that was unexpected, but very nice! Sometimes products from amazon can tend to have a chemical smell and this was a nice touch! I unwrapped it and stuck it in one of the two pockets inside the purse. It was easy to fit my two small bags and wallet that I keep in my purse with lots of room to spare. I did notice the fixtures on the outside of the bag have some small scratches on them, but the purse still looks great. I don't think that is going to detract from the bag. I'm excited to use this bag!

DO NOT PURCHASE! The silver decorative part of the chain broke in one day. the metal on the purse is cheap, if you live in colder areas it will shatter in the winter. It's also not clean, looks messy. The stitching on the purse has random black colors in it. Some spots are missing stitching. I regret this purchase, and I was so incredibly excited.

The purse is nice. Within a three days the charm broke. :( the purse was also smaller than i expected. I was a little bummed but it is a nice purse if you're looking for a small purse.

I have it three stars for lasting more than a month so far for the price that I got it at, but it’s not very big. For the price It’s decent sized and quality purse. Props to seller for the scent packet on the inside to get rid of that new faux- leather smell. I bought a different stamp for it because the strap that came with it looked flimsy and like it wouldn’t last, the keychain on it didn’t last more than two days. It’s good for day to day use if you don’t have a lot to carry, but if I was much more aware of the size I probably would’ve picked something else. You can fit a wallet and some few odds and ends but it’s not the best choice for ladies that like to bring everything but the kitchen sink with them. The bag looks like it could fit more from the outside but the inside pockets aren’t sewn to be very big or deep; I can’t fit a 9.7in iPad with a slim/thin case in it at all which is disappointing. The sides also started to bludgeon out a little causing it to lean when put on a flat surface.UPDATE: I don’t use it as much as I did when I first bought it, It’s kind of a purchase I regret. It no longer stands straight up as it hasn’t kept its shape at all. I’ve noticed the bottom is starting to wear away as well.

Beautiful bag. Love the tone of the grey, it's a cool blue/grey. Goes really well with the gold tone hardware. Bag had a very strong chemical/plastic smell. It faded after about a week. Very stylish. I don't think it will wear very well, but it is a nice bag for the price. The separate compartments are great for organizing all your things on the go.

I really liked this purse at first but it only took two months for the strap to break while I was walking down the street. The other straps are too small to put it up on your shoulder so I had to carry it around in my hand until I got a new purse. I didn’t even have much in it, just my wallet, some lip gloss, and a book. If a purse can’t handle a book it’s not the purse for me!

I bought the pink and it is mor eon the dusky rose or mauve side but still pretty. The charm and shoulder were inside the inner pocket so be sure to check for those.I have not used the purse yet so I will update after a few uses. My first impression is this is a cute purse for every day but light use. I dont carry a lot in my purse so weight should not be an issue.I did not notice any defects like some other reviewers mentioned. The tea sachet was included but this purse did not have a chemical smell to it (unlike another one I purchased at the same time).

The bag looks like the image for the most part, is a soft material, and is relatively well made. This is a great purse for the price with only the following downsides: it smells really bad at first and will take time to air out. The bag was "dented" by the packaging so it may or may not be fixable depending on the state you get it in...

Beautiful purse, arrived earlier than expected. Purse is a very nice material, and looks stunning.Was a little crushed in the mailing process, but it will bounce back now that it is unwrapped.
