Impeller is garbage
Didn’t even run outboard for an hour and the plastic sleeve the key sits in cracked and impeller slipped. Impeller took a set in 6months that looks like a 5 + year old part. If you value your outboard buy Mercury parts.

Output seals
Output seals OD is to small, they are not tight in housing, also no housing oring , end up buying the correct parts somewhere else

Something strange
Came with every part including a new key. Installed easy, turned shaft by hand seemed good, tested in a barrel, pumped good. Took it on the water, all was good, ran almost every weekend for two months. One day motor pulled over a little hard, then fired, but no water... Load up back to the house, pull the lower unit, pull the housing everything is there, key is out of place, impeller is stuck in housing, literally could not pull it with my fingers, never run dry, not melted, just stuck, weird. Gonna spend the extra on OEM I guess. Get what you pay for.

Poor Quality KIt / Cheap Impellor
Poor Quality Impeller, Fit super tight in housing, at idle spun the impeller off the locking key, top gasket seemed to practically dissolve in water, DO NOT BUY THIS KIT

Seems to be a good quality product, got it installed have not operated motor yet. All parts needed to do complete upgrade included.

Waste of time and money
Very cheap kit.Replaced my old one with this one. After installation, the impeller that came with it cracked after the first use. I had to drop down my lower unit again and go to a local shop buy an official part. Also, I found out that the impeller housing leaked a bit by the shaft seal.Save your time and money and get yourself another kit.I now need to contact the customer service to see if I can fix this.

Slightly off on craftsmanship
Most of the parts were perfect but where the water pump hooks to the water tube on the motor is very loose so not all the water goes up the tube and I had a weak stream so had to replace it with a better kit
