HusqvarnaAspen 4T Fuel, 5 Litres, Alkylated Petrol for Chainsaw / Mower / Small Tractor

We have a new lawnmower and we were advised to use this fuel, we are very happy with it

With the introduction of E10 petrol it has become apparent that some mowers are not set up to run with the higher level of ethanol. The fuel deteriorates over weeks rather than months and machines that have been stored with E10 in the tank need to be drained as it inhibits starting. Aspen is expensive, but if used after clearing E10 the starting is easy. It is rather too expensive to use regularly, but the available top quality E5 fuel can be used following the change. Any equipment being stored over winter would benefit from Aspen 4 or Aspen 2 in the tank; allegedly it lasts for up to 5years.

I use this in lawn mowers and the 2 stroke version in hedgetrimmers. Starting is way easier with aspen, and mowers start on the first or second pull even after sitting unused for 6 months with old fuel. Less smoke and cleaner running. IMO an excellent product, I won't use petrol station fuel any more. No problems buying on amazon, helpful as saves me a 30+ mile round trip to buy. I took off one star because the price has literally doubled since last year.

I was recommended this product when I bought my last lawn mower. Was a bit sceptical but now would never go back to petrol. It's excellent, there are no fumes at all, it starts first time just about every time, even in winter, and works just as the salesperson said. Might be a little more expensive but totally worth it as it makes for a much pleasanter mowing experience.

I use this in my camping stoves. A cheaper alternative to Coleman fuel.

My mower was serviced and the fuel replaced for this 4 stroke engine was Aspen 4T fuel shelf life of 5 years!! Petrol shelf life is in weeks! No brainier. As expensive but less corrosive.

Excellent product which ensures carburettor protection and first time starting on both my Hyundai and Mountfield mores.
