I regret buying this. The drone is fairly easy to fly, but will sometimes just kind of ignore the remote. Even up close indoors I had problems with the drone sticking to the ceiling because it wouldn't respond to the remote. As soon as I took it outside to play with my dog the drone just kind of stopped responding properly, flew up an awkwardly high distance despite the controller, and very slowly and gracefully landed upside down on a neighbor's roof. This isn't my first RC drone, so I do know how to fly one. Now it's a $20 roof ornament after about 4 minutes of flight time, would not recommend.

This is a nice toy to play with for a few days but after that it just sits there collecting dust. It's not well made - often flies on its own in random directions and doesn't listen to the remove (possibly because the battery easily shifts and pulls it to one side, or hair gets stuck on one rotor, slowing it down). The batter only lasts 5 minutes (or less) and then it has to recharge for an hour.

Fun to play around with, though I'm still learning the controls. I really like that it avoids obstacles, though this makes it a little hard to control indoors. I don't know that this would be suited for small kids, but what do I know? Kids are pretty darn smart these days.

With in 2 weeks my 12 year old broke the battery connection.The connector is the weakness of the drone.Battery has to be disconnected removed then charged..The connectors are so small and fragile that failure will be all but guaranteed.

Only giving it two stars because you have to fix it every time you fly it. One bump on any hard surface can and will push in the little sensors into the casing, causing it to think theres something there when there really isnt, and it will fly in one direction. When this happens, you have to take apart the top and bottom and push the little sensors back out to read correctly. Maybe a little super glue would help but not worth the money or hassle.

Gave to grandson. He loved it. Wish it lasted longer.

It's a gift

Bought one and it came out defective and got a replacement for nothing because the battery dies super fast and it just get out of control and it doesn't work at all for the handsfree mode, not worth...
