First let me preface this review with I simply do not review many items and I thought I needed to leave feedback on this product.While I was overall disappointed with the product. I will say that at least for me the density of the foam was close to perfect. It was firm and just the right thickness to alleviate neck pain. This is where the two stars come in.The downside is major because the reason I opted for this pillow was for the cooling effect of which is almost nonexistent after 2 or three minutes of use. It was very disappointing because the feel of the pillow was great but this pillow simply does not cool at all.I will say that I purchased a similar pillow three years ago for half the price and the cooling effect did work on this pillow even after three years of use. The downside of this particular pillow was the density of the pillow wasn’t as firm as I would like and I chalked it up to being a cheaper pillow, so I went searching for a mid range prices pillow that would provide the best of both worlds.Unfortunately that wasn’t the case with this pillow so I will be returning and I will try a different brand until I get the best combination for me.If you are looking for the cooling effect that last longer than 5 minutes a night then look elsewhere.Just to give an idea I am 5’ 10” 200lbs semi-athletic build. In other words the cooling effect of the pillow not working cannot be attributed to my body overheating due to health or weight issues.

This is a good firm pillow. Not too hard but not soft.I need to deduct one star for the off gassing because it is bad. Huffing paint bad. The manufacture needs to do something about this (maybe let the pillow cure or rest more before boxing) especially at this price point.Once the smell is out after a week or two it functions very well.

Overall great pillow - as a primary side sleeper it is slightly less thick than other pillows I've tried. Overall with a bit of smushing it works well. The cooling side of the pillow has a chemical smell that takes a while to air out - so give it a few days if you are sensitive to smells.

This pillow is very comfortable. I've looked or such a good one for a long time. Without a good and comfortable pillow, night seems longer than it really is. I strongly recommend this pillow to you and wish you every night a sweet one.

very prompt with delivery. i was uncomfortable with my pld pillow . My pillow was getting hot and my neck was hurting. So far this pillow is working.

Got this pillow for a week now and it has helped my neck and back pain so much. Also sleeping is much easier with this pillow.
