A well-designed amp, and an amazing value at this price point
This amp is well-suited to a number of purposes:* Playing multiple instruments through a single amp with decent quality* Use as a practice amp* Use as a bluetooth PA speaker* Use unplugged (for busking, presentations, etc.)Build quality is good to excellent; all switches and ports appear to be of high quality, and the side panels and corner protectors seem robust. The amp is also not overly heavy for its size, improving portability, and comes with a useful handle. Its shape allows projection up at an angle or parallel to the floor, and its ability to be used with a stand further increases its flexibility.Sound quality is really VERY GOOD for this size, feature set and price point. The mid/woofer is large enough for decent bass representation, and playing acoustic guitar and acoustic bass through the first two channels (each of which have a gain control but no modeling/equalizer) resulted in pleasant results with good separation, albeit partly due to the instruments each having a basic equalizer built in. The low-mid-high equalizer on the third channel works well, and the built-in reverb on all channels gives basic, decent-quality results for buskers not wanting to tote a bunch of pedals. I perceived no hiss or hum when attached to the supplied power adapter, indicating decent shielding. Most decent-quality starter guitar amps with lower power, without battery power or multiple inputs, etc. cluster around the $100 mark, so in that respect this amp presents an excellent proposition for a first starter all-rounder amp. It's simply an amazingly flexible design with good sound quality to boot and more power than most starter amps; I'd spend a bit more for this now that I know it exists. The manual is a bit confusingly worded, but that's really the only minor nitpick I could possibly find with this item. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially multi-instrumentalists wanting to get into busking without breaking the bank.

Sound quality is really excellent!
The amp arrived very quickly and was packaged very, very well (padded and double boxed!) The Vangoa rep touched base after I received this to make sure it was in great shape and working, offered to answer any questions I might have or address any issues.........! Excellent service in this regard. I really like the amp's shape, cordless battery option and the light weight. The battery was already charged for testing and I found the sound on all channels is really very good. I have not tried to use as a bluetooth speaker or for backing tracks yet but don't expect there to be any issues. There is no XLR input or output so an adapter would be required for a mic or an acoustic guitar with an xlr output. Only a two knob EQ adjustment but a huge range of tone is covered in the two tone controls. The reverb seems to be adequate for my needs as well. Overall really pleased with the purchase so far. Beside the limited EQ and no chorus, it compares very favorably to the Roland AC60 (loudness and actual sound quality) I had and performed with for years, but was very bulky and heavy to haul around. So far very happy with it!Don C.

Nice portable amp
The pros : This little amp is powerful for vocal, keyboard and guitar. It is relatively easy to set up and use. Bluetooth is easy to set up. The USB port works well. There are 3 channels. 2 have individual gain and 1 reverb control for both channels. These two channels are good for guitar and keyboard. The 3rd channel has bass, mid and treble as well as reverb and gain controls which is good for vocals. If you are just playing an instrument and singing along this is a nice little amp. It is easy to carry and has a speaker stand mount. It also has a line out to run a powered speaker. The cons: The manual is atrocious. The Bluetooth and USB do not have an individual volume control or pre-amp. ( I am not sure that any amps do.) So if using any background track you will have to turn the main volume all the way up and the other channels to about the first or second dot ( 7 or 8 o:clock position. This brings the overall volume low so it will not work for a large room. This only matters if you want to use a background track. You can run a phone or tablet into one of the line inserts (1 and 2), but the reverb control will effect both channels and affect the music. The only way to run the music dry would be to use an effects pedal for the guitar. Luckily this amp does have a power out to run one. This would give you full volume for everything. Again this is only a problem if you want to run background music along with playing. If just playing guitar, keyboard and vocals then this is a great little amp.Overall this is a nice amp for practice, small venues, or as a monitor.Update: I used the "phone in" input with MP3 player. That seemed to have more power and I could raise and lower the volume better than using the Bluetooth or just a USB stick. It enabled me to balance background tracks with my guitar and vocals.

Sturdy, versatile, and lots of features.
I received a discount for my honest review of this product. This thing is solid and super feature packed. Its battery powered so it would be great for busking. It has 3 channels so you can use it as a mini PA. It also has Bluetooth so you can jam along with drum tracks or just put some music on and a 9v out so you can power your pedals off of it. Its very sturdy and the tolex is surprisingly nice. It can be mounted on a stand via the mount on the side to get it up to ear level or put on the ground and angled up. I will use this as an FRFR monitor solution for my Line 6 HX Stomp which sounds pretty good through it and gives you complete control of your stage volume. I left the amp on battery for a four hours and it didnt die so it should last through a gig or a decent amount of busking. I do wish it had an XLR in but its not a huge deal to use an adapter. This amp has more features than expected and is compact and sturdy.
