This item arrived before it was expected. The pills were easy to swallow which was surprising since I hate taking pills and always gag! I didn't have much hope or expect this item to have any effect as my job is very stressful and my workload is extremely heavy. The pills do not have much of a smell which was awesome! I have been taking this item for a week and have noticed that my focus was a little better and I realized I was able to get back on task when having to stop one task to complete another task. I will update my review at a future time with results on this item.

I found this started working for me day one. I have a high stress and demanding job and often spend hours on long conference calls. I took the first pill after opening the bottle and found I had much better focus all day long. I had more energy and was much more alert than usual with just coffee. And no jitters that coffee gives me. I also did not have the normal 3pm slump that I usually have in the afternoons. I even handled the stress of the day without the anxiety I can sometimes feel.Looking forward to seeing how this works in the long term

All the other reviews appear to be for a turmeric supplement with BioPerine, so I thought I'd review this product. I received this product today and took x2 capsules as recommended on the label. Prior to taking these, I was feeling very sluggish; however, within 20 minutes of taking the product, I found myself energized. I am a habitual user of caffeine, and I have tried other products like Four Sigmatic's mushroom coffee blends, Elevacity's Elevate Coffee with Xanthomax, etc. Among all of these, I must say that this product produces notable effects -- absent of jitters. I would argue that this product works comparably to both Elevacity's and Four Sigmatic's products -- but for a significantly lower cost than their competitors. I can say with certainty that this product is superior to the two -- largely due to value/cost reasons.

I was skeptical about these in the beginning. However after trying them I'm a big fan. I tend to have a hard time focussing on things for too long. I'm easily distracted, so it takes me forever to complete certain tasks. These pills somehow seem to slow my brain down a bit so I am able to focus on and complete the tasks that I normally struggle with at work. I don't get the boost of energy like some of the other people mentioned in their reviews. But nothing seems to do that for me anymore.

I have been having some problems with brain fog and focusing. I found these natural capsules helpful so far to add into my daily routine. So far they seem to be helping with more energy than I usually have and better focus at my work. I’m sure with using it more daily, it will do wonders! The capsules are vegetarian, small and they are easy to swallow and I like the fact that they are all natural!

This has some good ingredients I've come across in my research to help you with memory etc. The price is great and I will have to update after I have been taking them for awhile. The capsules are "average" size so not huge. Glad it comes in a glass instead of plastic bottle. I would take glass over plastic anytime. All in all happy with product.

I like how easy they are to swallow, but they smell weird. it took about 2 weeks for me to notice a difference but i do seem to be focusing better and have better memory for a few hours. I use them mainly for working hours. Plan on Ordering again.
