Almost like real sugar to me, just need to add about 50% more than normal sugar in quantity. Price is quite expensive else I'll use it regularly. 800 for a kilo is ridiculous.

Better than Stevia
Can't say it's perfect, but it doesn't leave an aftertaste like so sweet stevia does and approximates sugar texture.

Tastes just like sugar!
It's amazing how much it taste like sugar. No unpleasant aftertaste either. I use it spoon for spoon as sugar. Works fine in baking too.

Product is good but packaging can be improved.
I received the product in an opened condition. Most of the xylitol had leaked into the plastic Amazon carry bag. Not a good experience.
