FotodioxMacro Reverse Adapter Compatible with 58mm Filter Thread to Fujifilm X-Mount Cameras

Macro lenses are expensive so when I saw a video using the reverse mount macro ring I decided to give it a go. I have been having so much fun with this, the first photo is of a raindrop inside a floret from a lantana bush. The other is for context. I also manage to get a raindrop falling from a blade of grass to another beneath it. Highly recommend these if you want to venture into macro photography but don't want to put out the money for the lens. In my opinion you do not need to go to that expense , instead use these reverse mount rings. Practicing with different aperture etc helps until you are at a comfortable place and confidant with it. My camera is a Fuji X-T3 with 18-55 lens and 55-200 lens. I will be purchasing another ring as I ordered an incorrect size for the 18-55.

So this is the cheapest way to try out macro photography, by far. I bought this adapter for my Fuji X-T10. It works great and is very solid. the reversed kit lens has a VERY narrow depth of field as you can see in the attached photos. Fun to use and definitely cheaper and smaller than a dedicated macro lens. Highly recommended!
